Wilday Design utilizes 40 years of design and building experience. We have been located on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula since 1996. We create unique environmentally-sound “green” custom homes using cutting-edge materials and techniques that make our custom homes beautiful to look at and a joy to live in.
Our goal is to join together the owner’s personality and style with our own understanding of the building site--to that end we develop planning and construction documents in consultation with property owners, then shepherd the plans through the required agencies until the building permit is obtained. To mitigate the problems that occur when numerous supervisors lead successive phases of construction we supervise every aspect of the job, continuing to shape the design until project completion.
Each design is unique but our vision is consistent: to create beautiful custom homes that leave a healthy footprint on the planet. Our designs use both traditional building products and we are specialists in the use of eco-friendly AAC block.
